Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sullensilkco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Swimwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at sullensilkco@gmail.com.
